Dennis Dawson has over seventeen years experience designing; developing and implementing change management and learning solutions for Fortune 100 organizations. He has developed programs from traditional ILT to blended solutions, developed organizational learning strategies and integrated learning management systems, as well as virtual classrooms with ERP human resource applications. Working with a variety of organizations, Mr. Dawson has developed blended learning solutions for clients in manufacturing, consumer products, pharmaceutical, and technology industries.

Timothy Rice, Partner
Tim Rice has nineteen years experience in industries ranging from retail, consumer products, manufacturing, telecommunications, technology, and staffing services. He specializes in development, project management and implementation of organizational transformation programs for companies ranging from small start-up organizations to Fortune 50 global organizations. The organizational transformation programs that Mr. Rice has delivered include executive coaching, organization design and transition, in-depth stakeholder management, communications, education, training and measurement components for populations ranging from 20 - 50,000 employees.

Patricia Kaufman, Vice President Marketing
Patricia Kaufman has over sixteen years of experience in marketing management with expertise in strategy development and implementation. As a marketing executive, Ms. Kaufman led the development and implementation of internet marketing and marketing programs for a large Financial Service company; designed and executed the marketing strategies for multiple product businesses to increase product line revenues and led a B-to-B company's brand management activities by overhauling the company's message and promotional programs to increase brand awareness.
